These Terms and Conditions govern bookings made directly through the website kleosuites.com. By completing a reservation on the site, the user fully accepts the terms outlined here.
Reservations and Payments
- Reservations can be made online through the official website.
- Payments may be requested:
- online via credit card or other indicated methods,
- or at check-in, subject to confirmation via email.
Cancellation and No-show
- Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before check-in.
- For cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in, the full amount of the booking will not be refunded.
- In case of no-show, no refund will be issued.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM
- Check-in is not automatic. You must arrange the time with the staff.
- A valid ID or passport is required for each guest upon arrival.
Stay Rules
- Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed.
- Guests must respect quiet hours and building rules.
- The presence of pets must be agreed upon in advance.
Liability
- The property is not responsible for any service interruptions caused by force majeure (e.g., blackouts, public works, external events).
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or furnishings.
Personal Data Processing
The data provided during booking will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law.
The Court of Syracuse shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
